Pizza Baking Tips

Now you can create a perfect pizza from your our kitchen.  Follow these simple steps and you will be on your way:

• Don't forget to preheat your oven.
• In order to cook your pizza equally, make sure that it is placed on the center of the rack.
• Using different pan grease may affect the taste of your pizza.
• Roll dough from the center outwards so the dough spreads evenly.
• If you are having a hard time making dough, you can buy pizza dough from your local pizza shop.
• EXTREMELY IMPORTANT!!! Use oven mitts when handling your hot pizza pans.
