Styles Of Pizza

New styles are always developing, but there are four main styles in the United States. 

• New York style pizza is usually very large and hand tossed, so that people often fold a piece in half to eat it.
• Chicago style pizza, also known as deep dish pizza, features a deep crust and the ingredients often go on in reverse order, with sauce on top.
• Hawaiian pizza is usually topped with slices of ham, pineapples, and mozzarella cheese.
• California pizza is often used to describe pizzas with less traditional toppings, especially fresh vegetables.

There are many variations on the traditional style of pizza.
